Can I wash my Zyliss product in the dishwasher?
All Zyliss products are dishwasher safe excluding Can Openers, the Zyliss Strongboy, Multi-Purpose Shears, and Mandoline blades. For optimum performance of these excluded items, it is best to wash in warm water with mild detergent. All other Zyliss items are dishwasher safe when placed in the top rack, away from the heat source.
Are there replacement parts for my Zyliss products?
There are many replacement parts available for your Zyliss products.

What makes the Zyliss Pizza Wheel unique and different?
Our unique design features a palm-held grip which allows you to apply pressure directly onto the cutting wheel for optimum control with less force. This state-of- the-art design also allows you to remove the blade for easy cleaning.
How do I open the Pizza Wheel to remove the blade?
To open, hold the wheel vertically with the blade towards you. Locate the line marks at the front of the wheel and place your hands on opposite sides of the wheel. Place thumbs along the open edge of the wheel cover. Using your thumbs, gently pull edge of the wheel cover outward. Push left side of cover downward while holding right side in place.
To remove blade, grab onto the hole in the blade and gently pull blade out of snap closure. To reinsert, snap blade back into closure and close cover. Blade and cover are both dishwasher safe. (See dishwashing instructions above).

What are the features of the Zyliss Multi-Purpose Shears?
These Shears are "one of a kind" in the marketplace. They are the first spring assisted Shears with blades that come apart for easy, thorough cleaning. The spring feature and the product's ergonomic design permit full hand force with minimal effort. How do I clean my Multi-Purpose Shears?
To unlock Shears, pull back on lock button. To separate Shears blades for thorough cleaning, open handles and continue to open until blades slide apart. To maintain sharpness of blades, wash by hand.
To lock blades back together, slide inner flat sides of blades together until blades lock at the center. A clicking sound is heard when blades lock into place. Lock Shears by pressing handles together and pushing button forward with thumb.

The stainless steel drum efficiently grates cheese, even nuts and chocolates. To remove drum, place finger inside drum while turning handle counterclockwise.

What uses are there for my Zyliss Food Processor (All-Purpose Grater)?
The Zyliss Food Processor quickly and easily grates shreds and slices.
